Based in Alvechurch, north Worcestershire, in the United Kingdom, I offer Reiki sessions in my dedicated treatment room, distance Reiki sessions via Teams and accredited Reiki courses, workshops and Reiki Shares.

All courses are led and taught by Helen Cochrane, Reiki Master Teacher and held locally either :
@Alvechurch Reiki, close to the centre of the village of Alvechurch, or
@Skin & Wellness Alvechurch, 11a The Square in Alvechurch, or
@Hopwood Village Hall
Courses are verified and accredited by the UK Reiki Federation as part of the Alvechurch Reiki Professional Reiki Practitioner Diploma, as compliant with the Core Curriculum for Reiki and National Occupational Standards.

The course fee includes refreshments on both days, a comprehensive course manual, meditation prompt cards, a goodie bag, a certificate and ongoing support from Alvechurch Reiki.
Courses are taught in small groups of no more than 8, with plenty of focus on the meditative and mindful aspects of the practice.
